sitemixを正規とする。一部コンテンツとCGIをlando.toに再配置。TOPページ表示をFirefox, Chrome, Edge向けに調整し、cssを整理。その影響で一部ページに表示不具合（意図しないアンダーライン表示）を生じており、順次修正中。

WHSサーバが表示不能になる。コンテンツは残存。

こちらを正規とし、sitemix, lando.toはバックアップとして運用する。
